Rellery Personalized Gold Jewelry Review

Rellery Jewelry Review

Partnership Disclosure: This blog post was sponsored by Rellery. However, as always, all opinions are honest and my own.

Over the past few years, I have found myself drifting towards the glossy land of gold jewelry. In my early 20’s, I was a strictly silver & platinum gal, but now I appreciate the warmer tones of gold and rose gold.

When Rellery reached out to partner on this post, the timing was perfect. I used to have a lot of costume jewelry (anyone remember those bauble necklaces?) whose metals deteriorated over time. I was ready to upgrade to simpler, classic gold pieces that can be worn on a regular basis without too much attention.

Brand Overview

Enter, Rellery. Based in Rhode Island, Rellery takes a more conscious approach to selling fine jewelry, with pieces custom crafted after you place your order. All of their pieces are made in the US with high quality materials – sterling silver, 14k solid gold or 18k gold vermeil. You can read more about what sets them apart here.

I like that they offer personalization on many of their products, with a variety of font types and characters to choose from. These personalized pieces would be great gifts for loved ones this year, especially for those you might not be able to see in person. #2020

The Rellery team was kind enough to gift me the following items to review: The Bar Necklace, the Pinky Promise Friendship Bracelet and the Double Mini Disk Initial Necklace.

The Bar Necklace

Prior to Rellery reaching out, I was looking for this exact style. I had a simple half moon necklace from Gorjana that was starting to flake, so I wanted something similar to replace it. I’m a sucker for clean lines and geometric shapes, so a bar necklace was on my radar. I decided to personalize it with coordinates for Patagonia, which was our honeymoon destination.

The bar has a solid weight to it, which is nicely balanced by the dainty chain. I also appreciate the additional length of the necklace that allows for length customization. This allows me to accommodate it for more top styles, for example crew neck vs. v-neck.

The Double Mini Disk Necklace

For this next piece, I was intrigued by the style of the chain, which is officially called a satellite chain. I like that it can be worn with the disks and also without as a layered piece, as shown below with the bar necklace.

If I could change one thing, it would be the mini disks themselves. I’d love it if they had a thinner, lighter version of the disks for a more delicate overall look.

Pinky Promise Bracelet

A non-personalized piece! I thought this looked cute with its chain that is very similar to the (much more expensive) Tiffany bead bracelet. Like the necklaces, this bracelet has an adjustable length of up to 1.5”. I have very thin wrists, and appreciate being able to shorten bracelets as needed.

Lastly, I can easily swap out the charms between this bracelet and my mini disk necklace. Bonus points for being able to mix & match for more options!

Final Verdict

I think Rellery has great pieces both as a treat for yourself, or a thoughtful personalized gift for a loved one. Aside from the pieces mentioned here, I also like their chain necklaces & bracelets. Overall, I appreciate the ethos of the company and the quality of their pieces. I will likely buy more pieces from them in the future, both for myself and as gifts.

I hope you found this Rellery review helpful! As always, I will continue to update this review over time. I’m interested to see how these wear, especially since they are 18k gold plated, which can flake on less expensive options. These feel fairly substantial, so I don’t expect any of that to happen – but I will update regardless.
